Enlarged Index Map (JPEG) Enlarged Index Map (PDF) 2006 Orthophotos The Orthophotos are available in a compressed MrSid format and have a resolution of 1 pixel = 6 inch within the City of Mobile and a 1 pixel = 6 inch or 1 pixel = 1 foot in the county. The DVDs come with a free MrSID Viewer (Lizardtech,Inc.) that allows the user to view the orthophotos and export any portion as an uncompressed Tiff image. Orthophoto DVD…………...$500 each The City has made all of its 2006 Orthophotos and Planimetric layers available to the public on DVDs. Each DVD contains the area designated on the map (NW,NE,SE,SW). The data is based on 2006 aerial photography at a 1inch = 100 ft map scale (Alabama West State Plane Coordinate System NAD83 Datum Fips Zone 102 ).
